Sa mission<br>principale est de mettre en oeuvre, d\u2019optimiser et d\u2019actualiser des m\u00e9thodologies et des techniques<br>permettant de v\u00e9rifier l\u2019ad\u00e9quation des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et la conformit\u00e9 des produits aux objectifs pr\u00e9\u00e9tablis.<br>Cette mission s\u2019inscrit dans la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9 des entreprises des secteurs concern\u00e9s (alimentaire,<br>pharmaceutique et cosm\u00e9tique). Il prend part aux \u00e9tudes conduites au sein de son laboratoire. Par<br>ailleurs, il contribue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration, \u00e0 la mise en oeuvre et au suivi d\u2019une production. Cela implique la<br>manipulation de produits chimiques et biologiques et l\u2019utilisation d\u2019appareils de laboratoire ; la<br>ma\u00eetrise de techniques relevant des domaines de la biochimie, de la microbiologie, de l\u2019immunologie,<br>de la biologie mol\u00e9culaire ainsi que de techniques li\u00e9es aux cultures cellulaires ; enfin la connaissance<br>des principaux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication.<br>Il exerce son esprit critique sur ses activit\u00e9s pour valider ses r\u00e9sultats et faire \u00e9voluer ses pratiques<br>professionnelles.
