En tant qu&rsquo;enseignant, j\u2019observe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement qu\u2019une majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux ne r\u00e9visent pas de mani\u00e8re optimale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La plupart se contentent de relire leurs synth\u00e8ses ou de survoler leurs notes, persuad\u00e9s que la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition passive suffira \u00e0 ancrer les connaissances. D\u2019autres vont faire l\u2019effort de r\u00e9aliser des fiches de r\u00e9vision sans prendre en compte l\u2019importance de reformuler et de s\u2019approprier les concepts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ces m\u00e9thodes, bien que rassurantes en apparence, sont pourtant peu efficaces. Elles reposent sur une approche passive, limitant l\u2019implication active du cerveau et donc la r\u00e9tention \u00e0 long terme. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, bien connu des neurosciences, est souvent qualifi\u00e9 <strong><em>d&rsquo;\u00ab illusion de l&rsquo;apprentissage \u00bb<\/em><\/strong> : nous croyons savoir, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, nous ne faisons que reconna\u00eetre l\u2019information sans l\u2019avoir v\u00e9ritablement assimil\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pour renforcer cette m\u00e9morisation, il est essentiel de <strong>favoriser des m\u00e9thodes actives<\/strong>, qui stimulent les connexions neuronales. Parmi celles-ci, les flashcards se d\u00e9marquent par leur efficacit\u00e9.
