SUMMARY:8 mai : Commémoration de la Victoire des Alliés
DESCRIPTION:La loi n°46-934 du 7 mai 1946 institue la commémoration de la victoire le 8 mai ou le dimanche suivant. La France décide ainsi de commémorer la victoire remportée par les armées françaises et alliées\, mettant fin à la Seconde Guerre mondiale en Europe et officialisée par la signature la capitulation du Troisième Reich\, le 8 mai 1945 à Berlin. Après plusieurs modifications successives de son statut sous la IVe et la Ve République\, la date du 8 mai obtient le caractère férié et chômé qu’elle connaît actuellement\, par la loi du 2 octobre 1981. \nCette journée est l’occasion de rendre hommage à toutes celles et ceux qui ont combattu la barbarie du régime hitlérien et qui en ont été victimes.
