Il contribue au d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un regard sensible, instruit et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi sur les \u0153uvres. Tout au long du cycle 3, l&rsquo;histoire des arts contribue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er du lien entre les autres enseignements et met en valeur leur dimension culturelle. A partir de la classe de sixi\u00e8me, il associe des professeurs de plusieurs disciplines.<\/p><p><strong>Comp\u00e9tences travaill\u00e9es :<\/strong><\/p><p>&#8211; Identifier : donner un avis argument\u00e9 sur ce que repr\u00e9sente ou exprime une \u0153uvre d&rsquo;art.<\/p><p>&#8211; Analyser : d\u00e9gager d&rsquo;une \u0153uvre d&rsquo;art, par l&rsquo;observation ou l&rsquo;\u00e9coute, ses principales caract\u00e9ristiques techniques et formelles.<\/p><p>&#8211; Situer : relier des caract\u00e9ristiques d&rsquo;une \u0153uvre d&rsquo;art \u00e0 des usages ainsi qu&rsquo;au contexte historique et culturel de sa cr\u00e9ation.<\/p><p>&#8211; Se rep\u00e9rer dans un mus\u00e9e, un lieu d&rsquo;art, un site patrimonial.<\/p><p>En classe de sixi\u00e8me, l&rsquo;enseignement de l&rsquo;histoire des arts se fait principalement dans les enseignements des arts plastiques et de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation musicale, du fran\u00e7ais, de l&rsquo;histoire et de la g\u00e9ographie, des langues vivantes.
